Hallo !

Hinsichtlich des Zitierens von Analysten in Artikeln habe ich eine Frage. Wenn ein Mitarbeiter eines Unternehmens in einem Artikel Ergebnisse von Analysten (z.B: aus einer Pressemitteilung) zitiert, muss dann dieser Artikel auch von den Analysten frei gegeben werden oder nicht??
Gibt es hierzu Urteile, o.ä. ?? Für Hinweise schonmal vielen Dank im Vorraus!!

Wenn das Zitat aus einer Pressemitteilung stammt, ist es ja zur Veröffentlichung gedacht. Wenn Du die Quelle im Artikel nennst, sollte das meiner Meinung nach kein Problem sein.

Wir haben hier im Haus jede Menge Analysten und ich kann nur sagen, für die ist es ja auch gut, wenn Sie wieder genannt werden und die Meinung noch mal aufgegriffen wird.
